Deaf Direct supports Deaf, Hard of Hearing, deafened and Deafblind people to gain independence by providing community support to those people living in their own homes, enabling them to maintain independence in a range of different ways.
Our dedicated team of Support Workers will enable people to maintain independent living skills, to support with budgeting skills as well as accessing social opportunities in their local communities.
A support package will be created to suit the individual’s needs, involving Deaf Direct and other agencies involved with the individual.
Services can be paid for directly by the Service User using Direct Payments, or via Social Care Funded Packages.
Deaf Direct is also a "Supporting People" Service Provider in Worcestershire and can provide low level housing related support to Deaf BSL users.
