Deaf Direct Fundraising Manager – Worcester
Permanent & Full Time (37.5 hours per week).
Salary – Between £22,000 and £27,000 per annum, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.

Deaf Direct is a local charitable company that has worked with and for deaf and hard of hearing people since 1927. We provide a range of services to deaf and hard of hearing people, family members and carers, and professionals and other organisations in Herefordshire, Oxfordshire, Worcestershire and surrounding areas.
As a deaf-led registered charitable company we are independent of the statutory sector and able to fully advocate for local needs. All our activities are undertaken to further our charitable purposes for the public benefit.
We are now looking for a Fundraising Manager to focus on developing funding for Deaf Direct activities and source funding for new initiatives including contracts with central and local government, subcontracting and partnerships and grant funds from lotteries and trusts. This role will also oversee other fundraising opportunities, these being individual, community, corporate and legacy.
We are looking for someone who has creativity and an entrepreneurial attitude towards fundraising, someone with a proactive attitude, drive and enthusiasm.
