Booking interpreters or other communication professionals can be a minefield for the uninitiated. Even those with experience will acknowledge that it is time consuming at best and frustratingly impossible at its worst! We aim to remove this stress and make the bookings process as smooth as possible. Requests for interpreters can come from either the deaf person, their representative or from the service provider. We will always try to get as much relevant information as possible regarding the appointment in order to allocate the most appropriate individual to the assignment. Please bear in mind that demand outstrips supply in many cases and therefore booking in advance is recommended. |
