Deaf Direct Hereford Centre

Our spacious and well-equipped rooms can accommodate the following:

- A well-equipped room that will accommodate both one-to-one interviews, or small meetings for up to 6 people.
- £40 full day/£28 half day/£7 per hour
Training Room 1
- A room to suit a range of needs such as large meetings, workshops, conferences etc. for up to 25 people (maximum of 18 with tables).
- £75 Full day/£48 Half Day/£14.50 per hour
Training Room 2
- A spacious room that can be used for training small groups, or large board meetings for up to 10 people.
- £60 full day/£39 half day/£11 per hour
- Room hire times
- Rooms are available to hire from 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays). Rooms are available to hire after 5pm and on weekends at an extra cost of £16.50 per hour. This must be booked well in advance.
- Accessibility
- All rooms are situated on the second floor, which can be accessed by both stairs and a lift (wheelchair users are advised to visit the centre prior to the meeting/training to check suitability of the lift). Loop systems are installed in all of our hire rooms. Rooms are equipped with flashing fire alarms to alert Deaf and hard of hearing people.

£1.00 per person, per refreshment break. - Buffet lunches (supplied by Workmatch Ltd.) are available for groups consisting of a minimum of 10 people.
£6.00 per person and £5.00 delivery charge.
